A registered Nurse Immuniser attends your site (minimum 2 hours, up to 9 vaccinations per hour), each vaccination is recorded against the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR), and employees self-book through an online portal with SMS and email reminders. A registered Nurse Immuniser comes to your workplace and runs a flu clinic from your first-aid room or a private meeting space. Minimum two hours onsite, up to nine vaccinations per hour per nurse.

Who administers the vaccinations?
In Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia a registered Occupational Health Nurse Immuniser administers all vaccinations. All our immunisers are authorised under the relevant state legislation.
What’s the minimum number of vaccinations to run a program?
A minimum of 40 vaccinations is required per program. Talk to us about coordinating larger or multi-site workforces.
How long does a Nurse Immuniser need onsite?
Our onsite clinics run for a minimum of two hours, and a single nurse can comfortably deliver up to nine vaccinations per hour. Additional hours can be added easily — we’ll size the booking around your headcount.
Are vaccinations recorded on the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR)?
Yes. KINNECT is a recognised vaccination provider and is required to register every vaccination on the AIR. AIR registration is included in the service.
What happens if an employee misses the onsite clinic?
We can issue a prepaid voucher that lets them get vaccinated at a local clinic instead. It’s a popular safety-net option for shift workers, remote staff and anyone away on the day.
