Onsite medicals — the practical questions.
What happens if a candidate misses their onsite appointment?
If someone can't attend on the day, we'll book the assessment at the nearest KINNECT clinic or affiliated partner clinic so the candidate isn't held up.
What facilities do we need to provide on-site?
A private room with space for a plinth, a small desk and seating. We bring all testing equipment and consumables. Access to a bathroom is preferred, and required when drug and alcohol testing is included.
How many assessments can be done in a day?
Throughput depends on the mix of medical, functional and health monitoring assessments. We can scale the onsite team up to meet a tight window — typical ranges are shown in the scheduling table above.
How are results delivered?
Results are returned digitally through Carelever, our cloud-based pre-employment and health surveillance platform, so your team can review and action outcomes as soon as the clinician has signed off.
