Which video platforms do you use?
KINNECT Allied Health Consultants are set up to run consults on Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and Skype, and can join your organisation’s preferred video platform on request.
Can telehealth replace an onsite assessment?
For many rehab activities — case management, initial needs assessments, vocational assessments, ergonomic reviews and triage — telehealth is equivalent or faster. For tasks that need hands-on assessment, we’ll recommend an onsite or in-clinic visit instead.
How quickly can a consult be scheduled?
Because there’s no travel time, telehealth consults can usually be scheduled within 24–48 hours of referral — often same-day for acute triage.
