The short version
KINNECT Immunisations and Vaccines is a fully-managed occupational immunisation program for Australian workforces, covering serology, vaccination and ongoing records management. Immunisations are administered by a registered Medical Practitioner, Nurse Practitioner or Nurse Immuniser, either onsite at your workplace or at any KINNECT clinic. A dedicated account manager runs the program and every dose is recorded in Carelever Comply so booster dates and immunisation status are always visible.
Protect your workforce from preventable disease — and the downtime that follows.
Seasonal viruses like influenza, RSV and COVID-19 spread easily through sites with large workforces, driving sickness absence and lost productivity. For roles with biological, environmental or travel exposures, the right vaccination program is also a regulatory and duty-of-care expectation.
KINNECT’s occupational immunisation service is a convenient, fully-managed way to protect your workers — combining onsite delivery, in-clinic access and centralised records so coverage stays high and booster dates never slip.
Who it’s for
Any workforce with exposure-driven, travel-related or regulatory vaccination requirements — and any employer looking to reduce seasonal sickness absence across their team.
- First aid & medical responders
- Healthcare, aged & disability care
- Mining, resources & heavy industry
- Construction, plumbing & food handling
- Travelling & expat workforces
- Remote, rural & Indigenous community roles
A four-step program designed to maximise coverage and minimise downtime.
From the first serology test through to ongoing booster reminders, every step is coordinated by your KINNECT account manager.
- STEP 01
Serology test
Each worker has a blood test first to determine their existing immune status — so we only vaccinate where it is genuinely required.
- STEP 02
Vaccination plan
We report back with a per-worker vaccination requirement — full courses for those at risk, boosters where serology shows waning immunity.
- STEP 03
Vaccination delivery
A registered nurse or doctor administers the vaccines at your workplace, or workers attend any of our 350+ clinic locations across Australia.
- STEP 04
Records & boosters
Doses and booster dates are stored in Carelever Comply so immunisation status is always visible and follow-up never falls through the cracks.
Onsite or in clinic — whichever suits your workforce.

Clean records, defensible coverage.
Immunisation programs only work if the records work. Carelever Comply gives you a live view of who’s up to date, who’s due for a booster, and which workers still need their initial course — so coverage stays high and follow-up doesn’t fall through the cracks.
Every dose is administered by a registered clinician working to the Australian Immunisation Handbook, and your dedicated account manager keeps the whole program moving from serology through to ongoing boosters.

Common questions from WHS & HR teams.
How long do the vaccinations take?
Clinic-based vaccinations take roughly 15 minutes per person; onsite vaccinations take about 5 minutes per person. Appointments can be scheduled before, during or after work to minimise operational disruption.
Who administers the vaccinations?
All immunisations are administered by a registered Medical Practitioner, Nurse Practitioner or Nurse Immuniser, in line with the Australian Immunisation Handbook.
Can the program run onsite at our workplace?
Yes. KINNECT can deliver vaccination programs onsite at your workplace — ideal for shift workforces, shutdowns and large or remote sites where downtime matters. We also offer in-clinic delivery across our national clinic network.
