From our humble beginnings in 1996 in North Queensland, KINNECT is now one of Australia's leading privately owned occupational health companies.
Since our earliest days, we've seen the complexities facing our workforce evolve and have responded to employers' needs for a wider range of support by growing KINNECT from a handful of consultants providing workplace rehabilitation services to a national company with an expanding network of wholly-owned offices offering the full scope of occupational health services.
Our willingness to rise to the challenge of meeting employer, worker and legislative expectations, combined with curiosity and an appetite for innovation has led us to develop our own cloud-based occupational health technology platform, Carelever.
We've set ourselves further apart through our understanding and appreciation of health risk and partnering with our clients to develop tailored solutions that truly meet their needs.

Our 25th Anniversary Charity Partner
To celebrate our 25th birthday year, we created a new charity partnership initiative — providing financial support for Ngak Min Health, a non-profit focussed on tackling the indigenous health gap in Cape York and regional far North Queensland. Located in a college campus, Ngak Min provides comprehensive and culturally appropriate medical, health and wellbeing services to students, their families and the wider community.
