Our Sunshine Coast Trio: (L-R) Kirsten Barker, Chloe Moncrieff and Emma Golledge are all taking part in this year’s Emerging Leaders Program.

The Emerging Leaders Program is fully funded by KINNECT, and is an important part of the company’s commitment to attracting and retaining top talent. The program has a proven track record of success, with 12 successful applicants graduating from the 2022 cohort.

CEO & Managing Director, Kevin Conlon, expressed his enthusiasm for the program, stating that “We’ve designed the Emerging Leaders Program to help KINNECT to grow the leaders of tomorrow from within the business today. We see it as a definite win-win to be meeting the needs of individuals and our business needs at the same time.”

KINNECT is committed to promoting from within, and the majority of Executive Leadership Roles are performed by staff who began their careers with the company. The Emerging Leaders Program is just one way in which KINNECT invests in its employees and supports their growth and development.

Congratulations to the 15 KINNECTers selected for this year’s Emerging Leaders Program, and best of luck on their journey to becoming the leaders of tomorrow!
