Scope

Development of 10 Job Dictionaries for Stanwell Corporations, Stanwell Power Station operations within Central Queensland. Assessments completed during both day and night shifts, to ensure accurate representation of physical demands

Outcomes

• Successful delivery 10 Job Dictionaries, with all assessments scheduled and completed within a four day timeframe, ensuring minimal interruption to operational productivity (all information collated and formally reported during time scheduled outside of Stanwell’s work environment)
