The requirement and the next step
Queensland coal mine operators covered by Resources Safety and Health Queensland’s Coal Mine Workers’ Health Scheme must appoint one or more appropriately qualified doctors as their Appointed Medical Adviser (AMA). The appointment is made by the employer in writing.
That regulatory requirement is separate from KINNECT’s process. If you have chosen KINNECT’s AMAs, the form below supplies the employer details KINNECT needs to record and action your appointment.
