Amanda Johnston brings valuable experience to KINNECT as Chief Operating Officer

We are thrilled to welcome our new Chief Operating Officer Amanda Johnston to play a key role as KINNECT embraces further plans for growth.

Amanda brings 20 years of clinical, management and leadership experience in the health sector as a Registered Psychologist and people leader in the occupational health and workplace rehabilitation fields.

KINNECT’s CEO Kevin Conlon said: “I’m looking forward to Amanda working with us and continuing our exciting growth journey as we plan the opening of new locations around Australia and supporting KINNECT in our “why” of helping more people.”

While working with some of Australia’s leading health organisations, Amanda has built a portfolio of skills in business growth and diversification, gained in-depth market knowledge, and developed a keen ability to create and execute strategic plans and change leadership programs. Throughout her career, she has driven cultural transformation and positive commercial outcomes while leading, coaching and developing others to make a meaningful difference.

Amanda’s passion, ability to energise others and industry expertise has previously led to her selection as the President for the Australian Rehabilitation Providers Association in the ACT, as well as conference and media (print and radio) exposure. Amanda is also a Director of TIME – Towards International Medical Equity, a not-for profit charity that advocates, fundraises and engages people in global health issues.
