KINNECT ISO Accredited Occupational Health Provider

ISO (International Organisation for Standardisation) is an independent, non-governmental membership organisation and the world’s largest developer of voluntary International Standards. By having ISO 9001, AS/NZS 4801 and ISO 14001 accreditation, KINNECT can ensure that our Occupational Health Services consistently meet our customer’s requirements, and that quality is continually improved.

KINNECT’s achievement includes the implementation of a robust quality management system to help guide and govern its operations from top to bottom. This certification is an important step in assuring that our clients continue to receive the very best in quality and service from KINNECT.

“Achieving these IMS accreditations is evidence of the quality management systems we have worked hard to implement throughout the organization. We feel our IMS accreditations compliments our current growth plans as we are set to commence offering KINNECT services in Melbourne and Canberra in the coming weeks.”

Kevin Conlon, Managing Director

The ISO 9001:2008 quality management standard was developed and published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and establishes an effective quality management program for companies.  Important components of ISO 9001:2008 include customer satisfaction and establishing systems and processes for continuous improvement, factors that KINNECT values highly.
