Site Standards
The Gladstone Industry Medical Pass is unique in that the specific testing requirements and the way in which medical are graded and/or results documented is governed by the sites directly. As an approved provider for Gladstone Industry Medical Pass, KINNECT is required to abide by these guidelines and ensure assessments conducted are to the required quality and expected standard.
What if an employee does not meet the standards?
In the event a candidate has restrictions imposed on their site access card, due to not meeting a particular criteria of the medical, contractors may request that the medical and/or functional component be re-assessed onsite. These requests are to be made through the relevant onsite medical centres. Should an individual demonstrate the required capacity during this onsite test, their site access cards may then be upgraded with restrictions removed.
