Parklife Metro Contractor Medical Assessments
Contractors who are working on the Parklife Metro project are required to ensure the health and safety of their employees. As part of this requirement, contractors must conduct medical assessments of their employees using KINNECT, a leading provider of occupational health and safety services. To set up an account with KINNECT and request medical assessments for your employees, please follow the below steps.
Step 1

Download our schedule of fees for the Parklife Metro required medical assessments.
Step 2
Submit your Company Information
You will be required to establish a credit account with KINNECT. In order to do this, you will need to submit the below form and agree to the terms and conditions outlined within it.
Step 3
User Accounts
Each company representative that will be requesting medicals, will require their own user account to our online system, Carelever.
Using the below form, please populate all the names, emails and contact details for those who will require a user account. You can add more by using the + button.
Step 4
Positions and Medical Requirements
There are 3 Medicals available for the Parklife Metro Project:
This medical assessment contains the following items:
- Online Medical History Questionnaire (worker will complete this via their mobile phone / computer)
- Instant Urine Drug and Breath Alcohol Test
This medical assessment contains the following items:
- Medical History Questionnaire
- Vision
- Audiometry
- Spirometry
- Medical Examination
- Instant Urine Drug and Breath Alcohol Test
This medical assessment contains the following items:
- Medical History Questionnaire
- Vision
- Audiometry
- Spirometry
- Medical Examination
- Instant Urine Drug and Breath Alcohol Test
- Functional Assessment
- Rail Category 3 Medical
To streamline the process of requesting medical assessments for the Parklife Metro project, you are required to provide us with a list of job titles or positions and specify which of the three medical assessments they will need. This information will be pre-set in our online system, Carelever.
When submitting a medical request, you can simply select the employee’s position, and the system will automatically populate the necessary Parklife Metro medical assessment requirements.

Step 5
Carelever Setup and Availability for Training
After setting up your Carelever account, we will conduct a brief online training session with relevant users to showcase how to use Carelever to request medical assessments for the Parklife Metro project. Once the training session is complete, you will be able to independently submit requests for medical assessments through Carelever.
Please provide three dates and times that work for you, and we will schedule the training session accordingly.
