KINNECT Marks a Year of Significant Growth Across Australia

Milestones 13 Jul 2026

KINNECT has concluded the 2025–26 financial year with a significantly expanded national footprint, opening nine new clinics and growing our network to 25 offices across Australia.

The expansion marks an important milestone for KINNECT and reflects our continued commitment to creating health certainty at work. By establishing more locations in metropolitan and regional communities, we are making high-quality occupational health services more accessible to employers and workers across the country.

Nine new clinics in 12 months

During 2025-26 financial year, KINNECT opened new clinics in Adelaide, Dandenong, Osborne Park, Wollongong, Ipswich, Darwin, Joondalup, Toowoomba and Laverton North.

The locations were introduced progressively throughout the financial year, beginning with Adelaide in July 2025 and concluding with Laverton North in June 2026. Together, these clinics have strengthened our ability to support organisations with workforces operating across multiple states, regions and industries.

KINNECT CEO Dave Hughes said the growth was significant because of the impact it would have for clients, workers and local communities.

“Opening nine new clinics in one financial year is an important milestone for KINNECT, but the real measure of this growth is the greater access and support we can now provide to clients and workers across Australia. Each new location increases our capacity to help people be healthy, safe and productive at work.”

With 25 KINNECT offices now operating nationally, our teams are better positioned to provide timely appointments, consistent service delivery and local support for organisations with geographically dispersed workforce health requirements.

Supporting the full workplace health journey

KINNECT provides a comprehensive suite of occupational health services designed to support employees and organisations throughout the workplace health journey.

Our services include pre-employment medical assessments, health monitoring and health surveillance, workplace rehabilitation, occupational medicine and injury prevention services.

The continued expansion of our network means clients can access a broader range of services through a coordinated national provider. It also enables KINNECT to build stronger local teams, increase clinical capacity and support more workers closer to where they live and work.

For organisations operating across Australia, consistency is critical. A larger national footprint allows us to deliver services through shared systems, clinical standards and processes, while maintaining the local relationships and responsive support our clients value.

More locations, more access and more impact

Our growth is about more than adding locations to a map. Each new clinic represents increased access to occupational health services, additional appointment capacity and more opportunities to support healthier and safer workplaces.

While our physical footprint has grown, our purpose remains unchanged. We remain focused on creating health certainty at work and helping organisations protect their people, manage workplace health risks and improve workforce participation and productivity.

Looking ahead

We are proud of what our teams have achieved throughout this financial year and grateful to the clients, partners and employees who have supported this growth.

As we move into the new financial year, KINNECT will continue investing in our people, clinical capability, technology and national network. These investments will help us respond to changing workforce health needs and support more clients, teams and communities across Australia.

This year’s expansion provides a strong foundation for the future, and we look forward to continuing our work to help people be healthy, safe and productive at work.
