KINNECT's Festive Season Dates for 2025-26

As the year draws quickly to a close, there are several important dates our clients, suppliers and partners need to note regarding appointment deadlines and our planned closure over the Christmas and New Year period.

Christmas Closure
As is our tradition, our team will take a well-deserved break during these holidays. KINNECT offices will close at 5:00pm (local time) on Tuesday, 23 December 2025, and re-open at 8:00am (local time) on Monday, 5 January 2026.

We anticipate a strong demand for our services up until the Christmas break, so we urge our valued clients to consider the following important dates when planning referrals for pre-employment and health surveillance medicals:

• 15 December: the last date you can have a legislative medical or assessment with diagnostic testing (pathology or radiology).to allow the additional time required for these more complex assessments.
• 18 December: the latest date you can have a standard medical or appointment and expect to receive results back before Christmas.
• 18 – 23 December: appointments will still be available throughout this period; however, please note that results are not likely to be returned until the New Year.
• 24 December – 4 January: KINNECT will be closed.
• 5 January: KINNECT will reopen for appointment bookings. Results processing will also resume for bookings made between 18-23 December.
