Dyno Nobel Pre-Employment Medical Assessments
Welcome to KINNECT – Your Partner for Dyno Nobel Pre-Employment Assessments
Contractors working at Dyno Nobel’s Phosphate Hill or Mt Isa sites are responsible for ensuring the health and safety of their workers.
To meet Dyno Nobel’s site requirements, all medical assessments must be completed through KINNECT, Dyno Nobel’s trusted provider of occupational health services.
KINNECT makes it simple for your organisation to request pre-employment medical services.
To book pre-employment medicals for your workers and ensure compliance with Dyno Nobel’s standards follow the steps below.
Step 1
Submit your Company Information
If you’d like to set up a credit account with KINNECT, please submit the form below and agree to the terms and conditions outlined within. This will allow you to streamline the process for ongoing medical assessments and other services.
However, if you’d prefer not to establish an account and simply wish to make ad hoc purchases, KINNECT also offers a convenient pre-paid option. This can be easily accessed via our online shop.
Step 2
User Accounts
Each company representative that will be requesting medicals, will require their own user account to our online system, Carelever.
Using the below form, please populate all the names, emails and contact details for those who will require a user account. You can add more by using the + button.
Step 3
Submit Your Medical Assessment Requests
Once your account is set up, you’ll gain access to Carelever — our secure, online platform for managing pre-employment medicals. From here, you can easily submit assessment requests and track progress in real time.
To ensure a smooth onboarding experience, our dedicated Account Managers will provide training and support to help you get the most out of the platform.

If during the assessment process a candidate is identified to have a medical condition that requires further medical investigation and/or information from a treating doctor (as per Dyno Nobel’s set medical standards), KINNECT will contact the candidate and provide a referral letter to take to their treating doctor. Upon receiving this information back from the candidate, KINNECT’s Doctor will review the information and make the Fitness for Work Determination.
This fee ($184 + GST) is to cover the cost of the referral letter, review of the additional information and a final fitness for work determination by the KINNECT Doctor.
To avoid a further medical review being required, KINNECT encourage candidates to bring supporting documentation to their appointment should they have a medical / health condition and/or current injury. Supporting documentation may include:
- Letter from their treating Doctor / Medical Specialist
- Pathology and/or Radiology Results
