Key Account Manager | Director
Clark Hopley is the Chief Customer Officer at KINNECT and a seasoned expert in occupational health and rehabilitation. He has over a decade of experience in the industry and has worked extensively in private practice before joining KINNECT. Clark initially joined KINNECT in Gladstone, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s operations in Central Queensland.
In his current role, Clark is responsible for working closely with the company’s biggest clients to find solutions to their occupational health challenges. He is the key point of contact for many of KINNECT’s top clients and is known for his exceptional client management skills, his ability to build strong relationships, and his commitment to delivering high-quality services that exceed clients’ expectations.
As the Chief Customer Officer, he plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and expansion by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies that ensure that KINNECT remains at the forefront of the occupational health and rehabilitation industry.
National Customer Manager
Courtney Hargrave is an extensively experienced Exercise Physiologist and Nutritionist who has been working in the Occupational Health/Rehabilitation industry since 2010. With over 10 years of service to KINNECT, he now sits as the National Customer Manager, where he is responsible for ensuring that the company delivers exceptional service to its national customers.
Courtney is known for his exceptional client management skills, his ability to build strong relationships, and his commitment to delivering high-quality services that exceed clients’ expectations.

Nic Munro is an accomplished Account Manager at KINNECT with a wealth of experience in the occupational health and rehabilitation industry. Nic is a qualified Exercise Physiologist and came to KINNECT after years of working in private practice. He is a workplace rehabilitation and injury prevention specialist and is now the key point of contact for many of KINNECT’s top clients nationwide.

Strategic Partnership Manager | NSW
Lauren Sennett is an experienced Workplace Rehabilitation Account Manager at KINNECT. With a background in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry, Lauren has honed her skills as a case manager at EML before joining KINNECT.

Strategic Partnership Manager | Victoria
Melinda Narayan is a highly skilled Workplace Rehabilitation Account Manager at KINNECT. Melinda’s experience in the industry first began as an Occupational Therapist, before progressing to a Team Manager at KINNECT and now to her role as a Workplace Rehabilitation Account Manager.
As a Workplace Rehabilitation Account Manager, Melinda works closely with KINNECT’s clients to ensure they receive the best possible outcomes from their partnership with the company. Gerald Peterson is the State Manager for KINNECT’s New South Wales operations. He began his career at KINNECT as an Exercise Physiologist and has since worked his way up the ranks, leading the expansion of KINNECT’s service provision to New South Wales.
Gerald played a pivotal role in establishing a new team and launching the company’s operations in NSW, which has now grown to include two locations. As the NSW Director, he oversees the thriving business and has been instrumental in developing new strategies and processes to ensure KINNECT’s continued success.

He is a natural leader and motivator, and his team looks up to him for guidance and support. QLD State Manager
Matthew Waide is a highly experienced Occupational Therapist and workplace rehabilitation expert who currently serves as the Queensland State Manager for KINNECT. With extensive experience in the occupational health and rehabilitation industry, Matt oversees Workplace Rehabilitation and Occupational Health for all KINNECT locations in Queensland.
Matt is known for his exceptional leadership skills, strong work ethic, and his ability to deliver excellent results. He has a passion for helping individuals overcome occupational health challenges and return to work safely and efficiently. With his expertise in the field, Matt has built a reputation as a trusted advisor and a go-to resource for clients seeking workplace rehabilitation services.
As the Queensland State Manager, Matt is responsible for leading KINNECT’s operations in the region, ensuring that the company delivers the highest quality services to its clients. James Buckley is the Victoria State Manager at KINNECT. James started his career as a new graduate Exercise Physiologist at KINNECT and initially worked in Queensland.
As KINNECT began to expand into Victoria, James moved interstate to set up a brand new office and a multidisciplinary team. His leadership and expertise in the field were instrumental in the successful launch of KINNECT’s operations in Victoria, and he continues to lead the team to this day.
James is known for his excellent communication skills, his ability to build strong relationships with clients and his team, and his commitment to delivering high-quality services that exceed clients’ expectations. He is passionate about helping people overcome occupational health challenges and is dedicated to ensuring that his team delivers personalised care and support that meets each client’s unique needs.
Client Relationship Advisor
Client Relationship Advisor, Lelayna Beverly is a key Customer Success Team player, having risen through the ranks since starting as a Medical Support Officer with KINNECT in 2020.
Drawn to the health and wellbeing field, Laynie initiated a Bachelor of Health Science in 2019 after extensive experience in customer success and relationship management Her client-facing career has allowed her to build a wealth of experience in understanding and catering to her clients’ needs.
Laynie draws on her exceptional interpersonal skills and approachable nature to build enduring relationships with clients, delivering practical and efficient solutions that help them achieve their goals. Day to day, Laynie works closely with new and existing clients to explore feedback and potential opportunities, identify pre-employment and health surveillance requirements and find ways to streamline their systems. She has a passion for helping people and ensuring her clients receive a high level service tailored to their needs.
