KINNECT’s Year of Expansion, Excellence & Impact: 2025 in Review
From opening new offices to launching new services and celebrating individual success stories, this year has been all about laying the foundation for even greater impact in 2026 while remaining committed to our core values of highly skilled, happy people, creating sustainable value with no surprises.
A year of national expansion
KINNECT has opened eight new offices across the country – Altona North, Dandenong, Wollongong, Osborne Park, Madeley, Adelaide, Ipswich and Bundaberg – bringing our total to 23 locations nationwide.
“2025 has been an incredible year of growth for KINNECT,” said CEO Dave Hughes.
“The new offices have strengthened our presence, making it easier for clients in more regions to access high-quality services. The expansion reflects our commitment to meeting the evolving needs of our clients and to supporting workplaces in creating health certainty at work.
“Each new location also creates opportunities to welcome new team members and further develop the careers of our 300+ KINNECTers. Combined with the other milestones we’ve achieved this year, it’s clear that 2025 has set a strong foundation for an even bigger 2026.”
Supporting clients to achieve more
Our teams have delivered exceptional results in workplace rehabilitation and occupational health:

- NSW: Psychological rehabilitation referrals grew by 46%, while our iCare performance was ranked in the top 3 among 31 providers.
- VIC: KINNECT ranked as the top 3rd provider in the WorkSafe scheme for OES services and saw a 17.5% growth in referrals from October 2025 to October 2025.
- SA: Our team received a perfect +100 Net Promoter Score (NPS) for workplace rehabilitation and +95 NPS for occupational health.
- WA: Our team grew referrals by 29.97% growth from October 24 to Oct 2025.
New services, stronger partnerships
2025 also saw the launch of hearing fit testing, which sits alongside audiometric testing and respirator fit testing in our growing health monitoring offering.
Celebrating our people
It wouldn’t be a year of KINNECT success without recognising our people:
- Numerous KINNECTers grew within the organisation, with several moving into leadership roles.
- Our Victorian staff took home two Victorian ARPA awards: Tanya Shah-Scott (Best New Starter), Millicent Valencia (Outstanding Student)
- We also celebrated our ARPA Finalists: Christina Tieppo (VIC, New Employer Services), and Gwen Zaragoza (NSW, RTW Award – Physical Claim)
- Our fifth cohort graduated from our in-house Emerging Leadership Program, equipping future KINNECT leaders to grow within the company and beyond.
With a growing national team, our focus remains on attracting, developing, and retaining the happy, highly skilled people who are the beating heart of KINNECT.
What’s next?
As we look to 2026, we’re planning to:
- Scale our workplace rehabilitation services to support thousands more people to return to work.
- Expand our health surveillance offerings to keep more workers safe and help their employers stay compliant.
- Open more locations. Watch this space for news about Darwin and Joondalup in early 2026.
