KINNECT is the approved provider of Respirator Fit Tests for the NRG Gladstone Power Station Respiratory Protection Program.
NRG Gladstone Power Station requires all employees and contractors, working in dust and/or fume areas, to wear a respirator. To determine which respirator mask will provide the highest level of protection for each employee / contractor, a respirator fit test must be completed prior to attending site.
KINNECT conducts respirator fit testing in our Gladstone clinic as part of the NRG Respiratory Protection program. Employees and contractors must undertake a respirator fit test every 2 years at a minimum. NRG have provided KINNECT with samples of the respirator masks that are available for use onsite and for which an individual will use when having a respirator fit test performed.
On completion of a respirator fit test, KINNECT will issue you with a printed copy of your results, which can be presented to NRG as part of the requirement to access site. If conducted at the time of a Gladstone Industry Medical Pass Assessment (formerly called the Gladstone 3 Site Medical), Respirator Fit test results will be documented on the Gladstone Industry Medical Pass Results Card.

A respirator fit test can be booked with your NRG Medical in the Click & KINNECT Shop. Just search for Respirator Fit Test. Make sure you also tell us your mask type (Full Face, Half Face or P2/N95) when making your referral.
