Three things we tell every candidate, before the first interview.

    Every refreshed role page now includes the specific flex mechanics for that role, a 'this role isn't for you if…' block, and a first-year expectations block. We'd rather you self-select out at the role page than three months in.

    Direct, candid conversations

    Our Kulture rhythm is quarterly and structured (since September 2025). You'll get direct, in-the-moment feedback from your team — and you can give it back. No surprises is one of our four core values; we mean it.

    Honest interviews, both ways

    Our interviews are a two-way conversation: we'll tell you what the role is genuinely like — including what's hard — and we expect you to push back, ask the awkward questions and decide whether this is the right next step for you.
