Where You’ll Make an Impact
Working in the community, your week will include:
- Assessing injured workers to determine the best way to help them get back to work.
- Visiting workplaces to understand the barriers a worker faces, and educating employers on preventing injuries.
- Providing clinical opinion and justification through report writing.
- Case managing complex injuries and liaising with treating doctors and health professionals.

Who Should Apply?
Workplace rehabilitation is about helping someone get back to the work that gives their week shape. If that is the difference you want to make, read on.
You will need to hold, or hold on graduation, one of the following:
- Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with ESSA.
- Occupational Therapist registered with AHPRA.
- Physiotherapist registered with AHPRA.
- Rehabilitation Counsellor registered with ASORC or RCAA.
