Leadership & Management
Help people, inspire your team, love your work. KINNECT focuses on quality, not what you’ve billed — so our leaders get a real opportunity to challenge themselves, learn new skills and progress their careers.
A different kind of leadership role.
If you crave variety in your day, the opportunity to progress, and you don't want a billable-hour target hanging over your team — look no further. Leaders here are accountable for the quality of service, the development of their people and the P&L of their region. We don't ask you to chase billable hours; we ask you to build a sustainable, high-quality team.

Specifics for Team Leaders and Area Managers
What you can expect, not 'real flexibility' as a slogan.
Who agrees your week
Team Leaders agree their week with their Area Manager; Area Managers agree theirs with the COO. Site visits, 1:1s and clinic time are non-negotiable; everything else flexes around them.
Core hours and travel
Hybrid by default. Expect monthly in-region travel for site visits, plus a couple of national trips a year for leadership offsites. Generous travel allowance covers the time away.
On-call and after-hours
No formal on-call roster. You own escalations from your team during business hours; out-of-hours messages are escalated to the duty leader, not piled on you. When you're on leave, your peers cover.
What leading at KINNECT feels like
What keeps me here is the variety — the chance to keep moving, lead a different team, take on different problems — without ever losing the support of the leadership group around me.
Read this before you apply
This role isn't for you if…
- You want a purely strategic role with no operational accountability.
- You're not comfortable holding a P&L conversation.
- You prefer to delegate hard feedback rather than deliver it yourself.
- You'd rather not travel monthly to your sites.
Your first year here
- Months 1–3
meet every team member 1:1, walk every site in your remit, shadow your manager on coaching conversations.
- Months 4–6
own your scorecard (quality, people, P&L), run your own team meetings and Kulture conversations.
- Months 7–12
deliver against your annual plan, complete or apply for the Emerging Leaders Program if not already done, and contribute to the regional or national leadership rhythm.

For those seeking a fulfilling career with a supportive team and real growth opportunities!
“From the moment I started at KINNECT, I experienced consistent support from the team. There is close guidance and supervision in the first 3–6 months to help you become confident and independent in the role. Importantly, the support doesn’t stop once you reach independence, ongoing assistance and collaboration are always available, which I really value.”
