Employee Health Checks can be an effective tool to identifying the specific health needs of your workforce and the development of tailored workplace wellness solutions. By identifying potential health risk factors and delivering realistic health management strategies to your organisation, the overall health, well-being and productivity of your workforce can be significantly improved.

Individuals will receive confidential health assessments and be issued with an easy to interpret summary of their current health status. Where significant health risks are identified, individuals will be provided with a written referral to their general practitioner and counselled on relevant information.

If required, KINNECT can design health promotion plans that are specific to individuals with realistic and achievable goal setting or assist in the creation of a health surveillance registry tracking the health of your individuals year on year.

Feedback

Individual feedback is provided at the time of consultation. Health findings are discussed with the individual and education is provided with regards to recommendations and techniques for achieving healthy lifestyle goals.

Reporting: Individual report provided at time of physiological testing.
