At KINNECT our goal is to make your experience a great one. We understand that plans can change sometimes and our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be as friendly as possible. Here are the details:

  • Full payment of your Pre-Employment Medical is required to guarantee your appointment;
  • Should you wish to cancel your appointment within 24hrs prior, you will be charged 50% off the total should you not reschedule the appointment;
  • Should you wish to cancel your appointment and provide us with more then 24hrs notice, you won’t be charged;
  • On rare occasions we will need to cancel or postpone your appointment. We will do everything possible to ensure this does not occur, but if it does, you will be entitled to a full refund or an alternative appointment provided;
  • Should you have any concerns with our policy and your Pre-Employment Medical Assessment you may discuss this with us by contacting 07 3999 9350 or emailing pep@kinnect.com.au
